Asia Del Bonis-O’Donnell specializes in Ancient Art & Architecture. Her primary research focuses on the complex interplay between Greek art, religion, and the natural world. Currently, Asia is a Graduate Curatorial Intern in the Department of Ancient Art at the Yale University Art Gallery. She has excavated at ancient sites in Greece, Italy and Portugal. Last summer, Asia conducted fieldwork at the Sanctuary of Apollo on the island of Despotiko. 2018 will take her to Selinunte, Sicily, where she will work with a team from New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts. Asia holds an A.B. with honors in Archaeology and Classics from Brown University and a Master’s in Classical Archaeology from the University of Arizona.
